Our Marketing and Cash Management Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Cash Management Team Head.

In this role, you will lead and oversee the Bank's Cash Management Services (CMS) collections and payments operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with agreed service standards. You will also drive process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, strengthen controls, reduce operational risks, and improve the overall client experience.

What the role will entail

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day back-office operations for Cash Management Services (CMS) Collections and Payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of collections, payments, post-dated check (PDC) warehousing activities, and cash vault transactions.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times (TATs), and operational standards.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives that enhance productivity, strengthen controls, and reduce operational risks.
• Review and authorize operational transactions, reports, and system-related activities while ensuring adherence to regulatory and bank policies.
• Manage customer and stakeholder concerns, working closely with clients, stores, and internal units to deliver a seamless service experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals, maintain engagement, and foster a high-performing culture.
• Support audit, risk management, business continuity, and compliance requirements to ensure sound operational governance.

What we're looking for

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in banking operations, cash management, collections and payments, or a related operational leadership role.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, transaction processing, service delivery, and operational controls.
• Experience in managing teams, driving operational performance, and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, banking systems, and operational reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, coupled with excellent communication, stakeholder management, interpersonal abilities, sound judgment, and keen attention to detail.
