Position Title: Business Performance Management Officer

Job Summary:

• Assist the Department Head in defining and setting financial targets for all business units of the Branch Banking Sector
• Analyzes actual financial performance against budget and prior year results.
• Identifies key variances, trends and financial performance drivers.
• Prepares timely financial reports and management presentations.
• Coordinates with business units on budget requirements, utilization and forecasts.
• Provides financial insights to support management decision-making and cost optimization.
• Help in studying, developing scenarios and proposing changes in the scorecards.
• Ensure the timeliness, integrity, completeness and security of the department’s database that are being used in generating reports

Role Opportunities: 

• Gain broad exposure to the BBS leaders in providing financial insights that support management decision-making.
• Work with different business and support units of the bank.
• Learn how to prepare micro/macro level budgets and capital expenditures budget for branches and BBS Support Units.
• Build competencies that can lead to higher role in Business Performance Management Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, preferably CPA.
• Must have at least two years of related experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, scorecards metrics and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Good communication and presentation skills
