Business Admin Specialist

• Providing general office administrative support
• Word processing, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings or events
• Preparing reports, creating spreadsheets, and performing data entry
• Assisting with the processing of government requirements, such as permit and visa renewals
• Running various errands, including collecting payables from clients
• Assisting with procurement processes
• Maintaining internal databases related to asset management
• Processing permits, including but not limited to PEZA, business, BIR, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth requirements
• Supporting the Legal Department with SEC regulatory requirements, as well as BOI and DOLE processing of work permits for foreign employees
• Collaborating with cross-functional departments to manage projects and ensure positive outcomes that contribute to company success

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills, with the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Google Suite and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Thorough knowledge of government compliance requirements (including Business Permits, BIR, and PEZA)
• Adaptability and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
