Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employee performance.
Operational Efficiency: Monitoring, improving, and managing day-to-day production workflows and processes.
Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Metrics & Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports to evaluate operational success.
Resource Management: Managing inventory levels, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
