AI Program Manager

SUMMARY

The ideal candidate is an experienced Project/Program Manager with strong AI or automation delivery and governance experience. Lead the end-to-end delivery and operationalization of AI capabilities. The role focuses on taking AI capabilities from initial business need through pilot, evidence-based evaluation, approval, rollout, hypercare, and final operational ownership.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Drive each AI capability through all ten lifecycle steps need, owners, pilot, documentation, training, comms, go/no-go, rollout, hypercare, operational ownership.

·       Assemble and defend the go/no-go packet at each gate review: pilot evidence, measured results against promotion thresholds, risks, and the ownership handoff plan.

·       Run the Steering Committee and Execution Council cadence: agenda, quorum, carryover, scorecard, and a decisions log with an owner and a date on every decision.

·       Chase actions to closure between sessions, surface slippage early with the blocker named, and escalate to the chair rather than let an action stage.

·       Own the hypercare-to-ownership handoff a capability is done when a named owner has accepted it with documentation and a support path, not when it ships.

·       Hold the line when the evidence does not support a promotion the room wants to make.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       5+ years project or program management delivering software or technology into production.

·       Proven delivery for US-based clients or employers with real-time overlap, including running live meetings with US stakeholders in English.

·       Experience running a governance or gate-review process where the decision depended on evidence you assembled and holding a standard against a senior stakeholder who wanted it waived.

·       Working fluency with AI or automation delivery: pilots, shadow mode, promotion thresholds, and why a good demo is not evidence.

·       Written English strong enough to author an executive-facing decision log unaided.

·       Nice to have

o   ITILv4 Foundation, PMI-ACP, Microsoft AZ-900 or AI-900.

o   PMP and Certified ScrumMaster, PSM I or equivalent. Both.

o   Change-management credentials such as Prosci.

o   Managed services or PSA exposure.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·       Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.

·       Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
