Reporting Analyst

About this Position

As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming financial and business data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making across the organization. Your work will help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting processes, enabling stakeholders to effectively manage performance, costs, and business objectives.
You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that partners closely with finance and business functions across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhance reporting capabilities, and support digital transformation efforts that drive greater efficiency and value. What you´ll do

• Support management reporting activities to drive business performance
• Execute daily and monthly financial operations and reporting processes
• Provide analytical and operational support to business stakeholders
• Maintain reporting master data and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Extract, consolidate, validate, and generate financial and operational reports
• Support cross-functional reporting requirements and maintain process documentation and SOPs
• Identify and implement process improvement, automation, and digital transformation opportunities

What makes you a good fit 

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related Management discipline
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; VBA knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, dashboard creation, and other digital reporting tools
• Familiarity with SAP and cube-based reporting
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support stakeholders effectively.
• Customer-focused and results-driven, with strong project management capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset
• Amenable to working in a hybrid setup and on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM) based in Ayala Avenue, Makati
