Food and Beverage Manager

We are looking for a passionate F&B Manager to lead a team in a large and diverse operation. The position will ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurants and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.

Key accountabilities

• ​​Planning, leading, and guiding all aspects of the restaurants, bars, and private dining spaces in conjunction with the Chef.
• Liaising with Hotel Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, Asst. Director of F&B and Director of Brand Marketing and Communications in designing and developing the restaurant and bar’s marketing and promotion strategies
• Ensuring the budget is in line with brand expectations
• Ensuring customer feedback is communicated throughout the Food and Beverage and Culinary Departments to create an environment where the customer is at the centre.
• Ensuring restaurant expectations are well disseminated to the team.

General Requirements

• Background in 5-star luxury hospitality.
• Open to local candidates who are legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Food & Beverage Manager role or a similar capacity.
• Strong experience in food and beverage operations, including the ability to design creative and innovative promotions.
• Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and motivate teams.
