UX/UI Designer (225-1016)

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered design solutions that enhance user experience and engagement. You will play a crucial role in translating user needs and business goals into interactive, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing products. Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of UX/UI principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to translate user research into functional design solutions.
• Experience conducting usability tests and analyzing user feedback and research studies.
