As a Store Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of ensuring day-to-day store operations are executed seamlessly. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving the sales performance, maintaining customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive and functional environment for both staff and customers. Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving set targets. You will also oversee inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service initiatives. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support staff to ensure efficient daily store operations.
• Assist the Store Manager in implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Lead the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets consistently.
• Provide training and mentorship to new and existing staff members.
• Oversee inventory auditing and ensure stock levels meet customer demand.
• Facilitate a customer-centric approach by handling queries and resolving issues.
• Conduct regular team meetings to update staff on performance and procedures.
• Analyze sales data and report insights to the Store Manager weekly.
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure coverage during all business hours.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
• Ensure compliance with company policy, and all local and state regulations.
• Enable a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and morale.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role for at least 2 years.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management and sales analysis techniques.
• Adept at using retail management software and MS Office Suite proficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in management is a plus.
