Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Specialist - Sales Support to join our dynamic sales team. As a Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team with activities that help in maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the sales department by managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and providing customer service. You will work closely with sales representatives and other team members to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the sales function. Responsibilities

  • Assist sales team with administrative tasks and management of customer accounts.
  • Coordinate and prepare sales documents, including proposals and contracts.

  • Provide effective support in the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Organize and manage the sales team's calendar and scheduling of meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated by the sales team.
  • Support in managing and updating CRM tools with essential customer information.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently under deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships effectively.
