Job Description

As a Sales Officer specializing in Account Management & Sales Development, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and retention of our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying new sales opportunities and markets to expand the company's reach. You will serve as the pivotal point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and effectively. By developing strategic sales plans and effectively managing a pipeline of potential clients, you will contribute to the overall success and revenue growth of the organization. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate a deep understanding of the market and products will be vital in this role. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are aligned with company objectives and that sales targets are met consistently.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential client partnerships.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align strategies and promotional activities.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities for strategic planning.
  • Ensure consistent high levels of customer satisfaction and product fulfillment.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activity, pipeline activity, and forecasts.
  • Work closely with product development teams to relay customer feedback.
  • Assist in crafting and executing sales strategies to meet team objectives.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales members and interns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong analytical skills for market and competition analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in client interactions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
