Job Description

The Sales Executive II plays a pivotal role in achieving and surpassing the sales targets for the company. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or demonstrations of products to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with business goals.
  • Monitor competitors' products and sales strategies to maintain competitive advantages.
  • Attend industry events and networking meetings to promote and represent the brand.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to develop insights and inform decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements within sales activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or a similar role is essential.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data for strategic planning purposes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and various sales tools effectively.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Open to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
