Job Description

A Relationship Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on client interactions and service quality regularly.

  • Assist in the negotiation and renewal of client contracts and agreements.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to anticipate and address client needs.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives by identifying potential upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client portfolios.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections positively.
