The Relationship Associate 12M26 will play a crucial role in supporting the relationship management team within our organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with key clients systematically.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed client reports and presentations regularly.
  • Support the Relationship Managers in managing client accounts and resolving issues.
  • Communicate client feedback effectively to internal teams to drive improvements.
  • Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups to ensure all client needs are met.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and report any risks or concerns to management.
  • Act as a contact point for clients, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized records of client interactions and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers as needed for efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inform client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within a professional environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build positive internal relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other client relationship management tools.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
