We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Perform regression testing and ensure resolved issues are verified.
• Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
• Create and manage test data for functional, regression, and system testing.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide early insights into quality issues.
• Conduct performance and load testing to evaluate product behavior under high loads.
• Automate repetitive tasks using appropriate testing tools and frameworks.
• Prepare and present test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Stay current with new testing tools and strategies to optimize testing processes.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and satisfy business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, or equivalent.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and performance testing tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively report findings.
