Job Description

The Marketing Assistant is an integral member of the marketing team, tasked with supporting various projects and initiatives that drive brand awareness and revenue. This role serves as a bridge between the marketing department and other teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of marketing plans. The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and maintaining promotional materials inventory. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
  • Coordinate and manage content for a variety of marketing channels including social media.
  • Help in organizing and executing marketing events, such as trade shows and webinars.
  • Compile and analyze performance reports to track and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain an updated inventory of promotional materials and manage reorders as needed.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging marketing materials and advertisements.
  • Communicate with external vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and organize digital archives of marketing collateral and other resources.
  • Assist in maintaining the company website and updating content where necessary.
  • Monitor industry trends and compile insights to support marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a marketing career.
