Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in IT operations or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and operating systems like Windows and Linux.
• Experience with IT tools and monitoring solutions such as Nagios or Splunk.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
