Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT systems monitoring and performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of network essentials, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
