Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations and procedures.
• Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, updates, and patches.

• Provide IT support and guidance to end-users and assist with technical questions.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current IT trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of network management, system monitoring, and diagnostics.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V is preferred.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly.
