Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT operations or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with various operating systems and databases is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
