Job Description

As an Inside Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by leading a team of dedicated sales professionals. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the daily operations of the inside sales team, developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, and providing expert guidance to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with leadership capabilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership qualities with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Solid understanding of CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and strategies.
