Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring that executives have the resources and support they need to accomplish their initiatives efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Manage executives’ calendars to optimize the use of their time effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and conferences professionally.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Facilitate communication between the executive team and stakeholders efficiently.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold privacy standards.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and process related expenses accurately.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline office operations.
  • Monitor and respond to electronic communications on behalf of executives.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
  • Oversee special projects and track their progress from conception to completion.
  • Maintain and improve filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding and training new employees when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an executive assistant role or similar capacity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High level of professionalism and dedication to excellent service delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
