Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is a crucial member of our marketing team who will drive all digital marketing efforts to optimize our online presence and increase our brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics to deliver measurable results. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Digital Marketing Manager will ensure the execution of cohesive marketing strategies that support the overall business objectives. This position demands creativity, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage and oversee social media platforms to increase engagement and followers.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content for all digital channels.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and propose improvements for better conversions.
  • Lead search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings.
  • Design and execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Control and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure maximal impact and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends and incorporate them into strategies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized marketing requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data privacy standards in all digital activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding and experience with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrable experience in growing social media presence across various platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative work approach.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
