Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Ads and CRO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing campaigns designed to optimize digital advertising efforts and enhance conversion rates. Your primary goal will be to maximize the ROI of advertising expenditures by designing strategies that effectively reach targeted audiences and convert them into actionable leads or sales. You will work closely with various departments, including content creation, analytics, and web development, to ensure an integrated approach that drives measurable results. Responsibilities

  • Design and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms like Google Ads and Facebook.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion rates across digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize accordingly to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure ad copy aligns with campaign goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective conversion strategies.
  • Monitor market trends to stay updated on digital advertising best practices.
  • Develop landing pages and call-to-action strategies to boost campaign success.
  • Coordinate with the web development team to ensure seamless user experience on digital platforms.
  • Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders to illustrate campaign performance and areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for budget optimization and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all campaigns for future reference and strategy development.
  • Train and guide junior team members on digital advertising and CRO best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in digital advertising and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights for optimization.
