Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate digital campaigns to maximize return on investment.
  • Conduct detailed A/B and multivariate testing to improve ad performance.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance and growth opportunities.
  • Design and optimize landing pages to boost conversion rates and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with company goals.
  • Analyze user behavior to enhance digital content engagement and conversions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Manage and control advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective spending.
  • Develop comprehensive reports with insights and recommendations for strategy improvements.
  • Identify target audience segments and design campaigns to effectively reach them.
  • Ensure all digital ad content aligns with branding and marketing guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on ads and CRO.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media ad platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing methodologies to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate marketing strategy.
