Job Description

The Brand Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote a company's brand effectively. This position involves working closely with the marketing team to conduct research, manage marketing materials, track campaign performance, and coordinate events and promotions. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Support the creation and management of marketing materials and collateral.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update brand communication and marketing channels regularly.
  • Organize and coordinate brand marketing events and promotional activities.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing the brand's social media presence.
  • Help with the preparation and distribution of promotional materials and newsletters.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing efforts.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
  • Contribute ideas and input during brainstorming and strategy sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or public relations preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering quality work.
