As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in developing and implementing effective brand strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure brand consistency, assisting with campaign executions, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness and outcomes of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare marketing presentations and materials for meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain an organized database of marketing materials and resources.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative brand marketing ideas.
  • Assist in the budgeting and financial management of marketing projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internship in marketing or related role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of basic marketing principles and brand management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design software.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and creative thinker with a passion for marketing and branding.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media analytics.
