Job Description

As an Associate Account Manager, you will play an integral role within our dynamic sales team, contributing directly to the success and growth of our clients and company. You will work closely with senior account managers to understand client needs, develop strong client relationships, and ensure our clients receive outstanding service. Your ability to understand client objectives and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams will be key to delivering successful solutions. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in a sales and client management capacity and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior account managers in the management of client portfolios efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients addressing their issues and inquiries.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with clients to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client objectives with company goals.
  • Monitor and report on key account metrics regularly to senior team members.
  • Prepare regular account reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing client accounts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies for clients.
  • Provide support in resolving client issues and escalate them when necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve account management skills continuously.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in account management or sales support roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
