Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Recruiter to identify top talent and support hiring needs across multiple requisitions.

Work Set Up

• For the first 90 days – 100% onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati
• Hybrid after the first 9 days – any PSG workspace (Ayala Avenue, Makati, SM North EDSA, Bridgetown, Alabang)

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates based on position requirements.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage multiple requisitions while balancing competing priorities.
• Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Track recruitment activity and provide timely pipeline updates.
• Maintain organized candidate records and ensure recruitment activities are properly documented.
• Independently manage daily priorities while meeting productivity targets and hiring timelines.
• Deliver a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience. Background in RPO, staffing, or recruitment services is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and talent pipelines.
• Experience communicating with clients or key stakeholders.
• Background in RPO, staffing, or recruitment services is an advantage.
