Key Responsibilities
- Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in Marketo.
- Create and manage nurture programs, smart campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
- Maintain lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, and segmentation.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with email marketing best practices.
- Integrate and troubleshoot Marketo with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Support marketing teams with audience targeting and automation strategies.
- Develop dashboards and reports for campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage.
- Experience with marketing automation and email marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Experience with lead scoring, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and marketing analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketo Certified Expert (MCE).
- Experience with Salesforce integration.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates.
- Experience with webinar and event marketing platforms
