Job Description
Posición clave del equipo de gestión del restaurante, que trabaja estrechamente con el Maitre para supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con el servicio en la sala. Su función principal es garantizar un servicio de alta calidad y una experiencia excepcional para los clientes, así como apoyar al equipo de sala en su desempeño.
- Encargarse de hacer los pedidos de mercancías necesarias en ausencia del Maitre.
- Hacerse cargo del buen mantenimiento del local y gestionar las reparaciones que pudieran surgir.
