Job Impact

As a Talent Coordinator, you’ll provide transactional and operational support to the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring recruitment activities are executed efficiently and accurately across multiple systems. You’ll be at the centre of a high-volume recruitment engine—coordinating job postings, candidate processing, interview logistics, offers and onboarding administration—while keeping records audit-ready and compliant.

This is a detail-driven role for someone who enjoys structured workflows, systems, and delivering a reliable, professional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Recruitment Process Administration

• Coordinate recruitment activities across the full lifecycle (posting → application management → interview coordination → offers → onboarding handover)
• Post and manage job advertisements through recruitment platforms and career sites.
• Monitor applications and maintain accurate candidate status updates in recruitment systems.
• Schedule interviews (panel availability, logistics, candidate comms).
• Prepare and issue offer documentation and recruitment correspondence using approved templates.
• Support recruitment campaigns and high-volume hiring activity.
  
  

Recruitment System Administration

• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data across: (Radancy), SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support system users (assist hiring managers with recruitment system steps and updates).
  
  

Candidate Coordination

• Manage candidate communications (confirmations, updates, outcomes) and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Provide a consistent and professional candidate experience.
  
  

Recruitment Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain recruitment documentation aligned to policy and governance requirements.
• Support recruitment metrics and reporting (e.g., pipeline activity and outcomes) through accurate system records.
  
  

Onboarding Administration

• Support onboarding handover by ensuring candidate records are correctly transitioned from recruitment systems to HR systems.
• Assist with new starter documentation and onboarding communications; coordinate with HR and hiring managers to complete onboarding activities.
  
  

Essential

About You

• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar operational role.
• Strong admin and organisational capability with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience working with recruitment or HR systems; able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

Desirable

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting experience.
• LiveHire (Humanforce) and/or myTiara (Radancy) experience.
• Exposure to high-volume recruitment environments.
• Experience and desire to use and play with AI to make process improvement, gain efficiency allowing our people to do what they do best - engage, coach, challenge and innovate!
