What is this role about?

The role is responsible for leading the daily filling operations. He/She will ensure that finished blends are properly packed in their designated containers/packaging and are compliant to quality standards.

What will YOU do?

• Prepare request form for packaging materials needed for filling operations such as:
• Filling Tracer
• Withdrawal Form
• Ensure filling lines and other equipment used in operations are inspected daily and calibrated with the use of appropriate tools and equipment
• Operate filling line safely and efficiently by strictly adhering to SOPs
• Inform Lubricants Blending Plant Supervisor and Manager of equipment problems to avoid equipment downtime by immediate reporting of equipment unusual condition
• Perform simple proactive maintenance on equipment during the shift to ensure it is completely functional and is safe to operate by performing equipment routinary inspection recorded in Prestart-up Checklist
• Ensure that finished products meet safety and quality specifications with close coordination to QCPD and LBP supervisor
• Ensure paperwork and minor administrative tasks are completed at the beginning and end of every shift such as accomplished filling tracer
• Oversee daily housekeeping activities at the beginning and end of every shift to ensure safety and improve productivity by maintaining cleanliness and eliminating hazards
  

• Open to Engineering graduates or any related course
• 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Experience with machine operations is an advantage
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedule
• Must be located nearby the Mabini Lubes Blending Plant
• Willing to be assigned in SEAOIL Lubricants Blending Plant, Bauan, Mabini Batangas
