Job Description

Maintain a safe and secured environment for employees, clients and visitors by enforcing security policies and procedures.
Provides risk assessments on security and safety to Global Physical Security with recommendations aligned to GPS standards in order to mitigate issues and risks.
Implement the physical access control and CCTV monitoring and provide recommendations for improvement.
Identify and assess security threats to the Company and bring to Sr. Security Officer & Security Director’s attention with appropriate advice on mitigation.
Provide adequate and timely operational security support and advice to the company.
Plan security measures for special and high risk events.
Establish and maintain an appropriate network of security and intelligence contacts with government, related industries and private security agencies.
Develop and maintain a sound relationship with different departments and functions.
Ensure that the company has full compliance on GPS standards, local laws and government regulations.
Assist Safety Department to identify the existing safety hazard, to recommend control measures, ensure implementation of existing safety protocols.

Experience:

Must have at least 3 years relevant experience in BPO (Security) risk management.

Competent in conducting security investigations.
Competent in using Microsoft Office applications.
Must be updated on the current security policies and procedures as well as new security technologies.
Competent in formulating security plans to secure Customer Solution Iloilo employees, properties and reputation.
With good network of contacts throughout Government, related industries and private security agencies.
With good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Must be capable of producing high-quality written reports and security briefs.
With analytical ability and sound judgment.
A motivated individual with high levels of energy, excellent team working skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Ensures the implementation the physical access control including timely review and accuracy of necessary access rights of employees.
Manages the supported sites CCTV monitoring including the integrity of hardware, and assessment for improvement.
Full coordination and collaboration with PHSOC in terms of security operations response management
Act as Fire Safety Practitioner
Ensure Emergency Preparedness Response readiness.
Drive the Emergency Response Team to coordinate emergency response efforts.
Ensure that the necessary emergency procedures and equipment maintenance are in place and updated.
Plan, organize, implement, and coordinate drills, emergency training and other related activities.
Perform required duties set out in Rule 1047 of the DOLE OSH Standard as Safety Officer 3
Conduct investigation and root cause analysis of accidents, health related issues, and other safety related issues and submit report to his/her immediate leader and to the Bureau if necessary.
Conduct regular safety inspection
Facilitate Health & Safety meeting
Aid government agencies in the conduct of safety and health inspection, accident investigation or any other related programs.
Facilitate compliance on legal reports, securing application and renewal of necessary permits to DOLE, BFP and other government regulatory agencies.
