Principal purpose of the position

To assist Distribution Supervisor in location monitoring of GBPI & 3rd party truckers, monitoring of shipping items, ISO documentation and other related Distribution functions.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepares accurate records of Truck Assignment Monitoring.
• Analyzes Truck Tray allocation daily. Cascades it to delivery and feeder crew.
• Monitors and ensures truckers punctuality in terms of target arrival and departure time at plant, feeding station and store outlets.
• Provides timely updating on delivery concerns to the Sales team.
• Provides timely updating on Feeder Bread Transfer concerns to Dispatch team.
• Ensures delivery of items for shipping and other items requested by Sales.
• Prepares and maintains the IS0 & HACCP records for the Distribution section.
• Prepares and issues Late Arrival Penalty to truckers.
• Prepares Work Schedule when needed.
• Prepares performance reports for Feeder Crew, Delivery Crew and third party truckers.
• Prepares and analyzes product compliance report.
• Prepares and analyzes truck capacity utilization.
• Monitors and prepares report regarding truckers pending or unremitted documents.
• Prepare and issued the pre-invoice documents of routes, PO and other delivery requirements.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  
  
  

• Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering
• At least one (1) year relevant experience related to the position is preferred but not required
• Computer literate; Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Tools and Application
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, extended hours and during holidays
