About the Hiring Company:
The Marketing Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated B2C marketing campaigns in the Philippines. The role focuses on ensuring seamless campaign delivery across multiple channels while supporting brand objectives, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, social media, brand initiatives, and on-ground activations.

• Develop campaign timelines, project plans, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

• Coordinate with marketing, creative, digital, agency, and external partners to streamline campaign workflows.

• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities, deadlines, and resources are aligned.

• Oversee creative production processes and ensure campaign materials meet brand guidelines and project requirements.

• Identify project risks, resolve execution challenges, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

• Monitor campaign delivery and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Success in the First 12 Months:

• Successfully manage and deliver integrated marketing campaigns within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Establish structured project management processes that improve campaign planning and execution.

• Strengthen collaboration between internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders.

• Improve campaign workflow efficiency, resource management, and delivery consistency.

• Support successful B2C marketing initiatives that contribute to brand visibility and business growth in the Philippine market.

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing project management, campaign management, advertising agencies, or digital marketing.

• Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns across paid media, social media, branding, and on-ground activations.

• Strong project planning, prioritization, organizational, and deadline management skills.

• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, creative production processes, and campaign workflows.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Familiarity with the Philippine market and B2C marketing landscape.

• iGaming industry experience is strongly preferred, while experience in entertainment or related industries is an advantage.

• PMP, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
