Job Description

En Aenza buscamos perfiles con alta adaptabilidad y disposición para asumir retos en una de las estaciones de:

ESTACION DE PEAJE DE Pilluni (Km 273 + 120 Ruta 26A)
ESTACION DE PEAJE DE PAMPA GALERAS (Km 106 Ruta 26A)
ESTACION DE PEAJE DE CCASACANCHA (Km 917 + 000 Ruta 035)

🔹 Funciones

Supervisar la operación de estaciones de peaje en diferentes ubicaciones
Cubrir posiciones por vacaciones, contingencias o refuerzos operativos
Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos operativos y estándares de servicio
Apoyar en la mejora de procesos y control operativo
Coordinar con equipos locales en cada estación

🔹 Condiciones

Modalidad rotativa / itinerante
Disponibilidad para laborar en Cusco, Apurimac o Ayacucho
No incluye movilidad ni alimentación

🔹 Perfil

Experiencia como supervisor / encargado operativo
Disponibilidad para viajar constantemente
Adaptabilidad y trabajo en campo
Manejo de equipos operativos
