The Role

  • Lead customer engagement initiatives by identifying marketing opportunities and delivering high-quality, in-person support to build lasting brand loyalty.
  • Drive Client Relationship Management (CRM) by uncovering unique customer needs through thoughtful discovery and providing tailored product demonstrations.
  • Manage the full marketing lifecycle, from maintaining a strong sales pipeline to managing client accounts and ensuring accurate data reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adjust campaign strategies in real-time based on performance metrics and audience feedback.
  • Execute experiential marketing tactics to introduce clients to new products and services, effectively communicating value propositions to drive sales completion.

What Youll Need

  • 1+ year of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or Campaign Management.
  • Proven ability to handle Direct Sales and Account Management in a high-volume, goal-driven environment.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Communication skills with the charisma to engage diverse audiences and build instant rapport.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to learn new product features quickly and adapt to changing campaign goals.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; coursework in Business Development or Marketing is a significant advantage.
