Were looking for a Senior Product Designer who values craft, ships fast, and wants to shape products that real people use every day. Youll own design end to end at a company in our network, working directly with founders and engineers to turn ideas into shipped product, not decks that get buried in layers of approval.

• You ship fast and stay in motion. Youd rather get something in front of users this week than polish it for a month. You prototype in code, stay scrappy when speed matters, and know when to polish versus when to learn.
• You obsess over craft. The pixels, the copy, the edge cases. You care about details most people miss and find ways to maintain that care while moving quickly.
• Youre AI-native in how you work. Youre already using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools to extend what you can build. You see AI as a creative partner in your own practice, not a gimmick.
• Youre rethinking the basics. Many UI patterns were designed for a different era. Youre excited to question fundamental assumptions and invent patterns that feel native to where products are heading.
• Youve shipped end to end. Youve owned product surfaces from zero to one, worked closely with engineering and product, and pushed decisions beyond just design.

• 5 to 10 years of product design experience (any industry)
• A strong portfolio showing polished UI craft and thoughtful interaction design
• Proven track record executing end to end on complex products in ambiguous environments
• Strong collaboration skills, able to influence without authority
• Experience prototyping in code (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus
