About This Role

As a Creative Lead at Jubilee, you’ll drive creativity from concept to final cut—developing high-performing ideas that drive growth while staying rooted in Jubilee’s mission to provoke understanding, challenge assumptions, and spark human connection. You’ll oversee freelance and full-time directors through production and post, maintaining a strong bar for storytelling and execution. The ideal candidate is a YouTube-obsessed creative who blends strategy and storytelling to produce new, viral shows for our channel!

What you’ll do:

• Lead the end-to-end development cycle of new show formats for the Jubilee channel
• Develop high-performing content ideas that drive audience growth while aligning with Jubilee’s mission
• Oversee freelance and full-time Directors, maintaining creative excellence from production through post-production and final delivery
• Own content performance, consistently meeting or exceeding goals for viewership and audience engagement
• Support hiring and onboarding of Directors to grow and strengthen the creative team
• Partner with our Brand Partnership team to develop custom branded content
• Collaborate with our Sr. Creative team to elevate the quality, vision, and impact of all creative output
  
  

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience ideating fresh original content: new series, shows, and concepts in the digital space
• Deep understanding of YouTube and digital content production, with an instinct for what resonates
• Strong knowledge of YouTube performance metrics
• Highly organized and able to oversee multiple productions and priorities simultaneously
• A genuine and adaptable collaborator that thrives in high-paced environments
• You care deeply about audience connection and creating content that resonates with Gen-Z
• Know how to think big-picture while still being able to be execution-focused

Work Model

At Jubilee, we follow a hybrid work model — We’re in the El Segundo office 3 days a week and remote for 2. So, you’ll need to be local or ready to make the move!
