Backed by a $5b international parent company, this organisation is revolutionising the dining experience across 38+ UK restaurants and an extensive European network of sushi kiosks and manufacturing sites.

This is a high-impact role for a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead business-critical digital transformations. You will be at the forefront of implementing large-scale EPOS systems, CRM platforms, and loyalty initiatives that directly influence how millions of customers interact with food brands globally.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects across technology, operations, and supply chain workstreams.
• Drive a major, business-wide EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) rollout across 38+ restaurant locations and international kiosks.
• Manage high-profile CRM and customer loyalty initiatives to enhance digital engagement and data-driven insights.
• Oversee project governance, detailed reporting, and multi-million pound budgets using a hybrid of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment in high-pressure retail and manufacturing environments.
  
  

• Proven experience delivering IT and Digital projects within the Hospitality, Retail, or F&B sectors (essential).
• Expert knowledge of EPOS systems and their integration within complex operational environments.
• Strong technical proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and delivery frameworks (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders across IT, Business Operations, and Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a track record of taking projects from initial business case through to final hyper-care.
