  • Location - This role offers hybrid working arrangements with flexible office locations, as the Executive Director oversees operations across the state.

  • Clerk Grade: Level 7/8. Base salary $113,574 p.a. to $125,720 p.a. plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading.

Your role

This role supports the coordination and progression of Housing Services (HS) allocation matters in a fast‑paced operational environment. You will manage competing priorities, work closely with senior stakeholders, and ensure matters are progressed, tracked, and closed out efficiently. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys stakeholder engagement, juggling multiple workstreams, and driving outcomes in a dynamic setting.

What You’ll Do

As part of the Housing Services team, you will:

  • Manage and monitor the HS Allocations mailbox, triaging requests and prioritising actions
  • Work closely with Executive Officers and Senior Project Officers to progress matters
  • Push and pull information across teams to keep matters moving and resolve issues
  • Track progress and provide clear updates to relevant teams and stakeholders
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, to influence outcomes and resolve competing priorities
  • Maintain oversight of multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and follow up with senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and organise work across multiple competing priorities
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a high-volume operational environment with multiple moving parts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to track and progress matters end‑to‑end
