The Drawing Board

The role will help in leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company specifically for the Tacloban/Leyte Region. The role will achieve the team target set forth by Management and organize new marketing strategies, sales acquisition program and developmental programs for the team.

The Grind

• Identify leads and secure partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships to foster business growth and expand company operations
• Engage and nurture client relationships
• Maintain existing business relationships
• Prepare sales materials, including proposals and contracts
• Deliver sales pitches and presentations to consistently meet or exceed quota targets
• Develop quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
• Apply critical thinking during planning phases to ensure project success
• Cultivate new leads and expand potential partnerships with hotel and property owners
• Provide regular progress reports and updates directly to the Cluster Business Development Manager
  
  

• Advanced English Language skills, both verbal and written
• Adaptable to dynamic environment
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
• Startup experience is a plus
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
• Good understanding of market trends
• Active listener, have a compelling sales personality
• Hunger to chase and close new business
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Based in Tacloban/Leyte Region
• Can Start ASAP is an advantage
