About The Job

The Mass Talent Acquisition Specialist II is primarily responsible in managing the assigned manpower requirement/s to address business hiring needs on time. His / her main goal is to provide excellent customer experience to candidates and Hiring Managers, through effective client management and process excellence.

What You'll Do

• Account Management - Identifies, aligns, and strategizes hiring requirements with the Business Unit,
  
  

People Partners and other involved departments.

• Collaborates with the Sourcing and Onboarding Team to develop and execute hiring strategies and
  
  

process improvements as necessary.

• Screens and assesses candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Matches the candidate to the best suitable role available against his qualifications.
• Manages the candidate journey from sourcing until onboarding.
• Provides excellent applicant experience.
• Maintains applicant trackers and reports
• Works with Hiring Managers providing timely updates and status of candidate pipeline.
• Manages, maintain, and execute special projects assigned from time to time.
• Cross skilled (can handle corporate roles and onboarding tasks).
  
  

What You Need To Have

At least 1 year relevant experience in staffing / recruitment or account/ project management

Excellent written and oral English communication skills

Proficient in O365 (MS Word, Excel, Forms, Powerpoint, Teams, etc.)

Experience in People Engagement Activities

Photo / Video Editing skills (Canva, Adobe Ps,Etc.)

Excellent Presentation skills

Updated with the latest recruitment and branding trends and technology

Confidence in execution, planning and decision making with minimum supervision

Ability to bring forward innovative initiatives and process improvement
