Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive IT Specialist with a strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI. This role blends technical support with hands-on involvement in automation and AI-driven development. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain AI and automation projects, including chatbots, internal tools, and web applications.
Work with the IT Manager and cross-functional teams to identify and automate manual processes.
Assist with backend development and system integration through APIs, databases, and application linkages.
Support dashboards and knowledge systems using Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation for new tools and systems.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and system issues using strong problem-solving skills.
Provide general IT support, including workstation setup, software installations, and basic network troubleshooting.
Maintain thorough documentation of automation flows, development work, and IT procedures.
Stay updated on new AI technologies and propose ideas for innovation and efficiency.
Requirements Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT support or development (strong fresh graduates considered).
Working knowledge of Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL and API integration.
Interest or experience in AI tools, chatbots, or automation frameworks.
Good understanding of networks, troubleshooting, and system administration.
Strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Git/GitHub.
Exposure to frameworks such as React, Laravel, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Interest in machine learning, prompt engineering, or chatbot development tools.
