Role Overview

The Installations Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling residential solar installations across multiple field crews. This role involves managing calendars, confirming bookings, handling job changes, and ensuring all tickets and job updates are accurately maintained in the system.

  • Open to candidates with scheduling experience supporting trade or contractor-based businesses
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong calendar and crew coordination skills
    • Proficient in ticket and workflow management
    • Ability to prioritise, reschedule, and manage changes efficiently
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Clear, confident, and professional customer communication
    • Minimum of 1 year scheduling experience in solar, electrical, construction, plumbing, HVAC, or similar contractor industries
    • Experience coordinating field teams or subcontractors
    • Experience handling reschedules, cancellations, and escalations
    • Experience updating CRM or job management systems
