Job Overview

This role goes beyond basic social media management. You will own the entire digital growth funnel—from educational video content and brand storytelling to paid advertising, email automation, and performance optimization. Your mission is to transform content into measurable results: store appointments, qualified leads, and online sales.

You’ll work across video production, content marketing, paid ads, email funnels, and Shopify website management, ensuring every touchpoint supports a premium, elegant brand experience while driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Production & Content Repurposing
  • Produce one high-quality educational long-form video per week using provided or directed raw footage (e.g., buying guides, design process).
  • Repurpose each long video into 3–5 short-form Reels/TikToks, optimized with captions, trending audio, and consistent brand styling.
  • Edit using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
  • Content, Design & Email Funnels
  • Design all supporting social graphics and ad creatives using Canva while maintaining a premium, elegant aesthetic.
  • Write one blog post per week aligned with video content to support SEO and content marketing goals.
  • Build and manage automated email flows (Welcome and Abandoned Cart) using Shopify and Klaviyo, nurturing leads and increasing conversions.
  • Paid Advertising & Performance Tracking
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Track and report weekly on CTR, CPA, and ROI, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactively recommend and execute creative or audience pivots when campaigns underperform.
  • Website & SEO Management (Shopify)
  • Build and optimize conversion-focused landing pages for promotions (e.g., custom consultation bookings).
  • Ensure proper SEO implementation across blogs and product pages, including Meta titles, descriptions, and image alt text.
  • Manage Shopify pages and apps to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Shopify Management: 2+ years of hands-on experience editing pages and managing apps
  • Paid Advertising (Meta & Google): 3+ years managing active ad budgets (not just assisting)
  • Video Editing: 2+ years of experience with a portfolio of short-form video content
  • Content Marketing & SEO: 3+ years writing for a brand
  • Canva: Advanced proficiency (layouts, branding, video features)
  • Email Marketing: 2+ years experience using Klaviyo or Mailchimp
