Job Overview

Admin Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations by managing schedules, organizing documentation, and supporting consultations. Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments

  • Assist in drafting proposals, contracts, and administrative documents
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all documents and processes
