A Day in the Life:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Residential Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all residential units and common areas are painted to the highest standards, creating a welcoming and fresh environment for our residents. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, works efficiently, and takes pride in their craftsmanship.

Painter must haves:

• Proven experience in painting (interior and exterior), preferably in multi-family or residential settings.
• Proficiency in: Rolling, brushing, and spraying techniques. Surface preparation (sanding, patching, priming). Using ladders and other painting tools safely.
• High standard for clean lines, smooth finishes, and professional-quality work.
• Ensures proper protection of flooring, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding surfaces.
• Experience with resurfacing tubs and countertops a plus
• General maintenance capabilities a plus
• Efficient and organized with a strong work ethic—able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possesses reliable transportation
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Live within 20 miles of the property for on-call rotation requirements.
• Pay range based on qualifications, experience, and on-call rotation.
