Associate Sales Executive

This position shall focus on building relationships and guiding clients in introducing products and services of the company. Increasing the potential sales and generating leads while promoting the company. Beyond individual sales targets, you will take on a leadership rolemotivating, guiding, and expanding the capabilities of our sales team to drive collective success and elevate the company's brand presence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets and assist customers
• Informs customers about products, promotions and store policies
• Transact sales with POS System or cash registers
• Handles customer inquiries, concerns and feedback professionally
• Maintain proper standard of products displays and ensure stocks are organized
• Support in inventory management, replenishment of stocks and receiving of shipments
• Promote special offers, programs and upsell products
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Coordinate with team members on sales targets, excellent customer service and smooth store operations
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related course
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proven track record in a sales role or in retail, with demonstrated experience or strong potential in leading and managing a team.
